The Materials Handling Services Division provides outsourcing solutions to a wide variety of organisations involved in aggregates, waste, recycling, scrap handling, timber, and other rehandling activities.

Outsourcing solutions include the supply of mobile plant with or without operators, particularly wheeled loaders, excavators for specific industrial applications, telehandlers, dumptrucks, loaders and landfill compactors. Hydrex's expertise is in selecting and specifying the right equipment for each individual job, and its ability to train customers, staff to satisfy health, safety and competence criteria. All machines are fully supported by a team of highly skilled mobile engineers.

Levels of outsourcing have increased significantly over the last two years with customers seeking to minimize the employment of operators, reduce the amount of capital invested in equipment and reduce the project management/administration requirements associated with their materials handling operations, allowing them to focus on their core activities.
